Telephone Calls

We have an automated phone system in order to help expedite your call. Please listen carefully to the option menu, select the option that best meets your needs, and you will then be connected accordingly. For your convenience we have an automated appointment reminder system that will call you 48 hours in advance of your appointment and we ask that you select the appropriate prompt to confirm or cancel your appointment.

If your call is emergent in nature, please dial “0” and state your emergency to the staff member who will then direct your call appropriately or hang up and dial 9-1-1.

If you select the option for a return call from your provider, it is imperative that you leave a detailed message so that all necessary records and reports will be available when your call is returned. Unless emergent, all calls are returned throughout the day up to 7:30p.m.
