Important Information Regarding Prescription Refills
Effective May 1, 2015 ANSC will no longer accept prescription refill requests via telephone. All requests must be made to our office via our patient portal OR by having your pharmacy contact us directly.
All prescription refill requests are processed during normal business hours, Monday thru Thursday from 9a.m. – 4p.m., and Friday from 8a.m. – 3:00p.m. Please allow 2 business days for your request to be completed due to insurance companies mandating prior authorizations on most medications. Physicians will not refill medications after hours, on weekends, or holidays.
