Acorda Milestone Stroke Study <- click for more information
Study Purpose: To determine the effect of two dose strengths of study medication taken twice daily for 12 weeks, on stable walking deficits in subjects with post-ischemic stroke .
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
- Male and female patients between ages 18 and over
- Must be 6 months post-ischemic stroke

Study Purpose: To demonstrate that the efficacy of dabigatran 110mg or 150mg BID is superior to ASA 100mg AD in prevention of stroke of undetermined source.
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
- 60 yrs old or 50-59 with additonal risk factors
- Modified Rankin Scale of >4 at time of randomization or inability to swallow medications.
- Major risk cardioembolic source of embolism (more information can be found at the study title link).
