Levodopa Induced Dyskinesia

Study Purpose: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of an extended release study medication in Parkinson’s patients with Levodopa-induced dyskinesia.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

• Patients between 30 and 80 years old
• Patients on a stable dose of Levodopa and other Parkinson’s medications for 30 days prior to first visit

Parkinson's Disease Study

Study Purpose: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of study medication as an add-on therapy to a stable dose of Parkinson’s medication in the treatment of early Parkinson’s disease.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

• Patients 30 years or older
• Patients on a stable does of Parkinson’s medication for 30 days prior to initial screening visit

Orthostatic Hypotension Study

Study Purpose: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of study medication in the treatment symptomatic orthostatic hypotension in patients with Parkinson’s Disease.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

• Patients 18 years or older
• A clinical diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease
• A clinical diagnosis of Orthostatic Hypotension (a decrease in blood pressure when going from sitting/laying to standing)
• Patients may not be on any medications for high blood pressure
