Overactive Bladder

Overactive Bladder Study

Study Purpose: To study the safety and efficacy of study medication compared to placebo for the treatment of urinary incontinence.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

  • Patients between 18 and 80 years old
  • Weigh at least 110 lbs.
  • Diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis or Spinal Cord Injury between C5 and C8

Idiopathic Overactive Bladder Study

Study Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of study medication compared with placebo in patients with idiopathic overactive bladder with urinary incontinence whose symptoms have not been adequately managed with anticholinergic therapy.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

  • Patients 18 years or older and greater than 88 lbs
  • Symptoms of idiopathic overactive bladder with urinary incontinence for at least 6 months
  • Patient experiences at least 3 urinary incontinence urgencies in a 3 day period.
