Insurance and Payment Information

ANSC participates with Medicare and many of the commercial insurances. We also accept several workers’ compensation managed care health plans, however, we encourage you to check your insurance provider manual to verify that your plan allows you to be seen by one of our specialists. Various plans do require a referral, so please be sure to obtain one prior to your visit as this will avoid having to reschedule your appointment. We must be provided with your current/appropriate insurance information in order to properly process all insurance claims. Advanced notification of insurance changes or updates is greatly appreciated and will prevent delays in authorizations for visits and services. If you have any questions regarding your coverage or benefits, please direct them to your employer or insurance company.
