Alzheimer's Disease Clinical Research Studies

Do you know someone living with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease? He or she may qualify for a clinical research study of any investigational drug if they meet this criteria:

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

  • Male and female participants ages 50 to 90
  • Reliable informat/caregiver
  • Evidence of the AD pathological process, as confirmed by CSF or amyloid PET scan
  • MMSE score great than or equal to 22
  • Stable on AD medications for at least 3 months

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

  • Male and female participants ages 50 to 85
  • Reliable caregiver
  • Has clinical diagnosis of Moderate Alzherimer's Disease
  • MMSE - 12-20

Biogen 251AD201 (TANGO) <- click for more information

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

  • Male and female participants ages 50 to 80
  • Must meet all of the clinical criteria for mild cognitive impairment (MCI) due to Alzheimer's disease (AD) or mild AD
  • Must have amyloid beta positivity confirmed at Screening
  • Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of 22 to 30 (inclusive)
