Patient PortalAssociated Neurologists of Southern Connecticut, P.C., is a private practice founded on the principles of innovative neurological care combined with skill, extensive experience, and compassion. We have been providing quality neurological care to patients in Fairfield and New Haven counties for over 35 years, at both St. Vincent's Medical Center and Milford Hospital, and are affiliated with Bridgeport and Griffin Hospitals. As neurologists, we serve as consultants to other physicians in diagnosing and treating disorders of the nervous system, including diseases of the brain, brain injury (concussion), spinal cord, nerves and muscles. We also provide long-term care to those patients with chronic neurological disorders. Some of the problems we diagnose and treat are stroke, epilepsy (seizures), headaches (migraines), dementias (Alzheimer's disease), multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and various forms of pain. Our practice offers advanced diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures and treatments, as well as comprehensive neurorehabilitation services. All of the physicians in our group have subspecialties, which include stroke, neuromuscular, epilepsy, headache, neurorehabilitation, and critical care. In addition to working with the most advanced medical technology available, we are focused on developing innovative treatments for neurological disorders through clinical research. Our increasingly sophisticated patients are encouraged to be educated and involved in the treatment options available to them as we develop a plan of care. While the medical care system is always changing, there remains one constant in our practice . . . the patient. We have a valued, dedicated staff who help our patients have the best possible experience and who treat each individual with kindness, warmth, and compassion. All of us at Associated Neurologists of Southern Connecticut recognize the importance of understanding the needs of our patients and their families, and we will continue to focus our efforts to help achieve the service they expect. Our attention to individual needs is matched by our commitment to progress through continued medical education and clinical trials and to deliver the most advanced medical treatment and procedures available in the most sensitive and attentive manner possible.
